Terms and Conditions

Your order
  • We continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment in full from you, even if the goods may have already been delivered to you.
  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Any description of the goods on our website is for guidance only.
  • If any goods are not available, we will contact you and we will suggest substitutes. If you are not happy with the substitutes you do not have to accept them, and the order will be cancelled.
  • All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. Where applicable, this price will include UK VAT at 20%.
  • The cost of postage & packaging is shown as part of the checkout procedure.
 Delivery
  • The cost of delivery will be shown at checkout, and is calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your parcel.
  • We will deliver the goods to the address you provide at the time of placing the order.
  • Any delivery date we give is an estimate, but we endeavour to process all orders on the same day as the order is placed, providing that the order is received before 12:00 BST on a normal working day.
  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays.
Customs
  • When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of the UK, YOU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. These charges are your responsibility.
Non-Delivery
  • You should report any non-delivery within 30 days of the date when the goods should have arrived.
  • We shall replace the goods within a reasonable time, or issue a credit note.
Right to Cancel
  • If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email within 28 days of receipt of the goods. (For orders containing multiple goods this 28-day cancellation period will begin upon delivery of the final item.)
  • If you decide to cancel your order then the goods must be returned NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, and in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • You may be asked to provide proof of purchase of the goods, such as an email receipt or bank statement.
  • Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order you then have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.
  • For your protection, when you are returning goods to us we recommend that you use a recorded or tracked delivery service.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error.

  • ***If you are exchanging the goods then we strongly recommend you place an order for the replacement goods at the same time as returning your original order for a refund. This will be faster than exchanging!***
  • You my not cancel any order for goods made to order i.e. custom-made.
  • You may not return gift cards, eGiftcards or vouchers, or exchange them for cash.
  • Please be aware, we cannot accept substitute items as returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us.
Faulty Goods
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
  • If you wish to return faulty goods then you may be asked to provide proof of purchase of the goods, such as an email receipt or bank statement.
  • We will not be liable for any faults or defects of the goods unless; you tell us of the defect within 6 months of the time you discover, or ought to have discovered, the fault; and we are given a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods.
  • We shall not be liable for any defect if; you use the goods after telling us about the fault; or the fault arises through your misuse, or inappropriate storage of the goods; or you alter or repair the goods without our written consent; or you knew the goods were faulty when you purchased them from us.
  • If you inform us of a defect more than 6 months after receiving the goods, then we may ask you to prove that the goods were faulty when you purchased them from us.
Communication
  • All communications from us that are made by email, or by posting on our website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.
  • We agree that any communication that you must make in writing may be made by email to hello@boysdancetoouk.com
